About Flood Fix 247

We started as a regional water damage restoration outfit in 2019. Today we coordinate IICRC-certified restoration crews in 200+ U.S. cities through a vetted partner network.

The model: you call our central number when water is moving where it shouldn't be. Our dispatcher (a certified water damage restoration tech, not a call-center rep) gathers the basics — what's leaking, how long has it been, where in the building. We dispatch the closest available crew within 60 minutes.

On-site, the crew runs an S500-compliant assessment: moisture mapping, category determination (1, 2, or 3), class of loss (1 through 4), psychrometric calculations, and a written restoration plan. Insurance adjusters love seeing that level of documentation. So do homeowners.

We screen every contractor in the network: IICRC certification (S500 minimum, S520 for mold), $1M+ general liability, environmental insurance, and standardized pricing per Xactimate. Every job is documented to claim-ready standard.

How we work

Step one: you call. The dispatcher asks where, what's flowing, how long it's been, and what's been wet. They tell you whether to shut your main, take photos for insurance, and how soon a truck can be there.

Step two: dispatch. We text you the crew's name, certifications, and ETA. They arrive in marked trucks with extraction equipment ready.

Step three: assessment and stabilization. The lead tech runs an S500 assessment — moisture readings, category and class, scope of loss. Extraction starts within 30 minutes of arrival.

Step four: drying. Dehumidifiers and air movers stay on-site for 3 to 5 days typically. Daily moisture-reading logs.

Step five: restoration. Drywall, flooring, paint, mold remediation if needed. Full reconstruction handled by us or referred.
